Some orders will have noticed that you received a FREE BONUS Megaspore Biotic and were missing a Megamucosa (which is on backorder). Unfortunately, about 5% of orders were not able to be fulfilled completely.  Our supplier added that BONUS and will ship Megamucosa as soon as it is back in stock. We apologize for any confusion and hope to have them back in stock early December.

Update 23rd November - DVD Shipments

Your DVD's will be normally shipped within one week. You will get a tracking code by email from our DVD Fulfillment company.  To access the digital program now – login to your My Account page and click on the title of the course. If you cannot remember your username (email address) when you go to log in, then use the Password Recovery Tool to reset your password, then log in with that new password.

What are the first things I should do after purchase?

You are immediately logged in and can access My Account (Then My Online Access) Immediately. You will receive 2 emails. (make sure you check SPAM Folder) The first email will be your receipt and the second will have your username (email address) and password to access the program at any time. Remember, you are automatically logged in after purchase.

The first thing to do is change your password. Then bookmark the My Account page so you can go back in quickly.

Q: Can I watch videos on my TV? Yes!

Yes, if you have Google Chromecast built into your TV or the Google Chromecast Device and Google Chrome Browser.

Q: Why do the videos keep freezing, or load slowly?

Oftentimes this is due to a slow internet connection. You can try lowering the resolution on the video by clicking the small gear icon in the lower right-hand corner of the video. This should help with loading/buffering issues. Frequent buffering during playback Frequent buffering can occur when the viewer’s Internet bandwidth does not support playback of the selected video quality. Try switching to “Auto” in the quality menu (the default), if available. If “Auto” is not available, switch to one of the lower quality options. If your video still fails to start, check your estimated bandwidth here.

Q: Why doesn’t the video play at all?

Q: I didn’t get the Link to the Next Episode.

Sometimes there’s a delay in sending out emails. This can be caused by a number of factors that are out of our control. It’s also possible that the email ended up in a spam or junk folder, or under a promotions tab. If you don’t get the email within 1 hour of the episode start time and you’ve checked the spam folder and/or promotions tab, please let us know.

Q: How long will each Episode be live?

Each episode is free to watch for 24 hours beginning at 5.00 PM Eastern Time USA. Again, if you don’t get your email at exactly 5.00 PM Eastern Time USA, don’t panic, it’s probably on the way.

Q: Wait! Where’s the episode? I thought it was supposed to be available for 24 hours!

It was. Each episode is posted at 5.00 PM Eastern Time USA and is removed at 5.00 PM Eastern Time USA the following day to make room for the next episode. We do our best to remind everyone by sending emails each day.

Q: I missed an episode. Can I still see it?

So sorry about that. As promised, we did have Episode 1 available to view at 5.00 PM Eastern Time USA, May 8th, until 5.00 PM Eastern Time USA May 9th and so on. However, we've heard from a few people that they had issues streaming the episode. And we've also heard some great feedback regarding episode 1 as well. While the overwhelming response was incredibly positive, there are a couple of minor upgrades that will make episode 1 even better (like lowering some of the background music)! You will get an email as soon as any of the episodes become available again.

On each Lesson (this is our name for episodes and interviews) you simply click the completed button and it will be marked as completed when you go to view the list of all episodes and interviews.

  2. Within minutes you will also receive an email confirming your order (make sure you check your spam folder). On this email, you will get your link to access your purchase.
  3. Click on the purchase link and login to your Account.
  4. From there you click My Online Access to view all episodes, interviews, transcripts etc (some not available during pre-launch)
  5. You can then view and watch any available videos
